We Don't Create so Much as Observe, Digital Installation, 2017-2018.

Sometimes we think that we will no longer be able to produce work, but we produce without realizing it, without knowing how to identify the nature of the attraction for our subject. The next step is to steal, accumulate fascinating scenes and find a rhythm - a reassuring redundancy. These were taken in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Tillamook (Oregon), Pompano, Boynton Beach (Florida), Montreal, Laval, Sainte-Thérèse and St-Jérôme (Québec). In a video installation, these visual atmospheres succeed one another at the same rate as certain commercials that one could find on the banks of large impersonal boulevards at dusk. They aspire to sell dreams to those who have forgotten how to escape.
